YORK -- Former major league all-star Shea Hillenbrand homered for the first time in four years and Bridgeport scored five times in the sixth inning Wednesday to beat York 8-4 at Sovereign Bank Stadium.

Hillenbrand, a two-time All-Star, delivered the big blow in a five-run sixth inning that broke a 2-2 tie. It was his first professional home run since 2008, when he last played for York. Hillenbrand, who's now played in seven games for Bridgeport during this current comeback, finished with 4 RBI.

Bridgeport took a 3-2 lead in the sixth when Prentice Redman led off the inning with a triple to left-center, Brock Peterson reached on a walk, and Luis Lopez smacked an RBI single through the right side to give the Bluefish the lead.

Paul Oseguera (6-2) earned the win, going six innings and allowing just two runs on five hits. Oseguera was forced to exit with a leg injury with two outs in the sixth, but was credited with an inning-ending strikeout of Scott Grimes as he had jumped ahead with an 0-2 count before being forced to leave.
