HARRISBURG -- New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marques Colston has taken over full control of the Harrisburg Stampede indoor football team, CBS 21 News Sports Director Jason Bristol has learned.

Local businessman Justin Coble is stepping down as the team's majority owner. Coble says he will help Colston make the transition from part-owner to running the franchise full-time.

"I need to focus on my health," said Coble, who was recently hospitalized with a heart condition. "I also think it's really important for the team to have one voice moving forward."

Colston rejoined the Stampede, a member of American Indoor Football, last March as a part-owner. He is a graduate of Susquehanna Township High School.

Coble was instrumental in re-building the team's working relationships with local businesses and charitable organizations; he even brought indoor football to York for a game on April 14.

Harrisburg finished last season with a 7-2 record.
