Michael Vick and Bishop McDevitt's LeSean McCoy have been ruled out for the Philadelphia Eagles' game against Cincinnati on Thursday night. Vick will miss his fifth straight game and McCoy his fourth because of concussions. Both players just returned to practice this week.
