YORK -- The York Revolution has signed former major leaguer Jason Repko, the team announced.
York has also re-signed pitchers Stephen Penney and Wade Korpi.
Repko, 32, was the Opening Day centerfielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2006 and batted .304 through his first 25 games, but was limited by injuries the rest of the season. Repko has also played in the big leagues with the Twins and Red Sox.
He owns a .224 career average in the majors and a .270 lifetime minor league average.
Penney pitched in 62 games last season for York; tied for third most in the Atlantic League. The 6'7 right-hander went 2-1 with a 3.13 ERA. Penney, 26, reached Double-A in 2011 in the Seattle Mariners organization.
Korpi went 4-0 for the Revs last season with a 2.27 ERA in 18 appearances. The Notre Dame product came to York after previously playing in the Florida/Miami Marlins organization.
York has signed 17 signed players for this season.
