HARRISBURG -- The Harrisburg Stampede have signed defensive end Michael Bibbs, who was a dominating force this past season for the Chambersburg Cardinals.

Bibbs, who was scouted by the Minnesota Vikings this summer, played his college football at Iowa State. He recorded four sacks in one game in July against the South Buffalo Celtics.

"(Bibbs) has tremendous strength, speed, footwork, handwork and most of all he is a disciplined player," said head coach Bernie Nowotarski in a statement. "Michael will provide us with the outside push and solid pass rush."

He has indoor football experience with the Trenton Steel.

The Stampede has also signed Edward Prince, a 6'5," 290-pound offensive lineman. Prince played at Kansas State.
