Andrew Leeds, who plays serial killer Christopher Pelant on Bones, is co-writing a pilot for The CW, TVLine reports.

Bones Season 8: Is love enough for Booth and Brennan?

Leeds and his writing partner, David Lampson, are developing a one-hour drama pilot based on the anonymously authored book Confessions of a Backup Dancer, according to TVLine. Though the book is told from the perspective of a backup dancer who lands a job touring with a world famous pop star, the pilot will reportedly focus on a young filmmaker who's hired to make a documentary about the tour and falls in love with one of the backup dancers.

Leeds will also guest-star on Grey's Anatomy later this season.
