Harrisburg -- In Dauphin County, dozens of first responders paid tribute to those people who died in the attack.

The group gathered at the Pennsylvania National Fire Museum in Harrisburg.

Those in attendance held a memorial service and participated in the tolling of the fire station's tower bell.

"We at the fire museum have to remember our fallen brothers and sisters of the fire department,” stated John Wagner, Second Vice President at the PA National Fire Museum. “But we also need to take the time to remember the civilians and the members of the military.”

The bell rang six times, each one marking the events that unfolded twelve years ago.
