Students share their hopes and dreams to remember those whose lives were cut short

Harrisburg -- In Harrisburg, students at the Rowland School released balloons to remember the lives lost in the September 11th attacks.

The students filled red, white and blue balloons with their hopes and dreams for the future.
    
Fifth grade students and teachers came up with the idea to honor those whose hopes and dreams were cut short.
