UPDATE: Harrisburg Police arrest man in connection with Fulton Bank robbery

UPDATE:

Harrisburg Police say Landon Thomas, 51, of Harrisburg was charged with the robbery of the Fulton Bank.

Police say during an interview, Thomas confessed to committing numerous other robberies in Dauphin, Lebanon and Cumberland County.

Harrisburg Police are investigating a robbery that happened at Fulton Bank on Friday. Police say the robbery happened around 9:35 a.m. on the 200 block of North 3rd Street.

The suspect fled the scene with an unknown amount of money.  Police say surveillance photos were obtained from the bank, and a person of interest was taken into police custody.

The suspect is described as a black male, between the ages of 44 and 55. He was wearing a green shirt, a ball cap and was carrying a bag.
