Around 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 24, a Manor Township Police Officer on patrol stopped a car on Columbia Ave. for a traffic violation.

The officer suspected the driver, a 21-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, was driving under the influence and took him for chemical testing at a local hospital.  At about 2:20, the man was released and taken back to a hotel on Columbia Avenue.

14 minutes later, the same patrol officer saw the man drive past her again, this time in a different vehicle.  He was stopped again and took a breathalyzer, testing at 0.14%.

Charges for the second stop have been filed with a district justice.  Charges from the first stop are bending the BAC results.
