Around 4:00 Tuesday afternoon, about 50 workers were in a framed out building in Ephrata when it partially collapsed.

The building was being constructed by a company called NRB USA.  NRB constructs module buildings and then transors them to a site and puts them together.

Don Engle is the General Manager of the Ephrata location at 440 Wenger Drive.  He says the safety meausres that the company put in place worked. "We have an excellent safety record, so this is a little disappointing. We're just very thankful that the safety gear worked. It did its job. It kept our employees out of serious harms way. And we are very thankful for that."

Three welders were injured when the building collapsed and were taken to the hospital.  All three have been released from the hospital with minor injuries and are all expected to return back to work on Thursday.
