A couple is facing charges after police caught them having sex in a car.

Around 1:20 Saturday morning, West Shore Regional Police Officers were on patrol, when they saw a car parked in the front parking lot of 1000 North Front Street, Wormleysburg.

The car was running, with the headlights on.  Officers said the car was parked about 30 feet from the road, and it appeared no one was inside.

When the officers investigated further, they found two people inside the car, in various stages of undress.

The two were identified as 39-year-old James A. Mattern of Lebanon and 37-year-old Jennifer Ritchie of Camp Hill.

Both were issued citations for disorderly conduct and released.
