Police say domestic violence has claimed the life of another woman. Now York Police are investigating a deadly shooting.
Sunday afternoon, police were called to a home on the five hundred block of South Court Avenue. Inside, they found the body of Jessica Morales was just a few feet from the front door. She had been shot several times. Police immediately arrested her common law husband, Julio Angel Gonzalez-Pagan. He has reportedly confessed to the shooting.
Neighbors say Morales had moved from Ohio a few months ago, but Gonzalez-Pagan followed her to Pennsylvania. The neighbors tell CBS 21 there was an on-going dispute because Morales was keeping their children away from Gonzalez-Pagan. He is now charged with criminal homicide.
