Freeh Report total cost is at $8.1 million
Penn State released details on the investigation agreement they had with former FBI Director Louis Freeh.
The investigation by Freeh cost the university $8.1 million.
That topped out Penn State's total costs associated with the Sandusky scandal at $41 million as of the end of December.
