York City Police have charged 24-year-old Jerome Dickson with criminal homicide relating to a the death of William L "Mickey" Baxter in July 2012.
Police say Baxter was shot on July 29, in the area of Liberty Ct. & South Pine Streets in York City. He died from his injuries.
Dickson was arraigned and is in York County Prison without bail. He is also facing firearms violations charges related to the homicide.
Dickson is also awaiting trial on charges of robbery of a mv, simple assault, and intimidation of witness.
He has also recently been charged for his participation in a shootout that happened on February 5, in the 200 block of Harding Ct. He is charged with aggravated assault, firearms violation, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief.
