Coroner Graham Hetrick identified the deceased man from Friday’s police incident as Skyler A. Stewart, a 20-year-old male who lived in Lower Paxton Township.

Police were initially serving a warrant at his home when he fled, leading to the altercation and police incident.

The three bullets recovered from Stewart’s body will be sent to ballistics to be investigated.

Stewart was involved in an altercation the day before, which is why police were searching for him.

The manner of death is homicide, meaning he died at the hands of another person. However, it will not be until the District Attorney’s investigation concludes that the cause of death was justified.
