A Seton Hill University lacrosse player who was injured in the bus crash that killed her coach, her unborn son and the driver, is suing the bus company Mlaker Transportation Inc.

The lawsuit filed by Amanda Michalski, is seeking unspecified damages.  She is currently listed in good condition at Hershey Medical Center.

Michalski's lawsuit claims the driver failed to keep the bus under proper control and was otherwise negligent and reckless when it crashed Saturday in Cumberland County.
