VISA gift cards embedded with debit/credit card numbers being used at Best Buy stores
The Silver Spring Township Police Department is investigating fraud through gift cards.
The suspect is using VISA gift cards that are embedded with the victim's debit or credit card account information. The cards are being used to make purchases at local Best Buy stores in Mechancisburg and Harrisburg.
