A York City woman is facing charges after police say, she drove her teenage daughters to a home to fight another teenager.
Police say on February 15, a fight broke out in the 300 block of South Albermarle Street. They say the fight involved several students, and numerous other students were watching.
Another fight broke out on February 21, in the 1100 block of East Princess Street. York City Police say officers received information of the individuals involved and investigated the fights.
Officers discovered that Ana Diaz-Lopez had driven her daughters, ages 13, 16, &17, to Princess Street to fight another female student. The other student, also 13, had been involved in a fight with Diaz-Lopez's 13-year-old daughter during the fight that happened on the 15th.
Four students have been charged with disorderly conduct, and one had an additional charge of harassment.
A summons has been filed against Ana Diaz-Lopez, 1100 Blk. E. Philadelphia St., which includes three counts of endangering the welfare of children, five counts of recklessly endangering another person as well as a summary disorderly conduct.
While Diaz-Lopez was at the fight, her home was burglarized. Someone went into the home and caused damage to property inside.
