On Wednesday morning, the York City Police Department Vice and Narcotics Unit served a search warrant at 600 West Philadelphia Street in the rear apartment.
Police seized $1,800 of raw heroin, $380 in cash, a loaded Mossberg 500 pistol grip 12 gauge shotgun and a loaded AK-47 rifle.
Police arrested two people. Ryan Vialva, 21, and Jasmine Rulz, 27, are charged with PWI heroin, conspiracy and endangering the welfare of children.
